This add-on offers continued support between sessions through written check-ins. You can share reflections, questions, or challenges as they arise, and receive thoughtful, nervous-system–aware responses to help you stay grounded and supported.

This is ideal if you process best through writing or want gentle continuity between sessions without additional appointments.
