Cancellation Policies
 

At The Lunar Wolf Guide, each session is an intentional space created for your growth and renewal. To honor the time and energy invested by both coach and client, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling a session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions are non-refundable. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible, compassion and understanding will always guide our response.

All coaching packages and sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the notice period. We deeply value clear communication and mutual respect as part of our sacred coaching relationship.
